Privacy Policy
If your email address is entered into this Rhodes Effective Intelligence Trust website because you are participating in a licensed Effective Intelligence Programme via one of our Accredited Master Trainers or Accredited Licensees, then it will only be used for the purposes of delivering that programme. This means that you will only receive emails regarding the registration of your account on our system and your participation in the programme, reminders to complete your programme on time if you have not finished, and notifications when new results become available for you. We will not use your email address to contact you for any other purpose, unless you give your consent. We offer you the option of signing up for a non-commercial newsletter after you complete your programme, but this is completely optional and requires your full consent before signup.
If you give your email address to this Rhodes Effective Intelligence Trust website by registering yourself as a user (not as part of a licensed Effective Intelligence Programme) and agreeing to our policies and terms, it will be used for Effective Intelligence updates, news and information about our products and services, especially of specific interest to you. You can unsubscribe at any time from the emails sent to you, or you can contact team@effectiveintelligence.com with any queries or to remove you from the email listing.

All information gathered about you on this site, and access to the site for administrative or technical purposes, is protected and governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulations. 2. Your Profile
Identifiable Profile information gathered on this website is for your training, coaching and learning in Effective Intelligence. When you complete your Profile on this site it is linked to your email address so that you can have privileged online access to it using your email address and your own chosen password. Access is available to you at your Profile Debrief and subsequently through your user dashboard on our website.
3. Demographic Research
To complete your Profile you are asked for some demographic information. This is for the continuing research that supports the Profile for different populations because the Profile is used across the world, in many languages. All identifiable names, email addresses and company names are excluded from publication of statistical information so that the demographic information cannot be traced to any single person or groups of persons. Statistics are compiled in answer to such questions as, “Are there ‘thinking differences’ between age ranges, or geographical location?”
Demographic information is not sold to anyone. Statistical analyses results are available on request to Effective Intelligence Associates and their clients and to interested enquirers.

Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Effective Intelligence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We will issue a full refund for the cost of the product, subject to the conditions below.
Physical goods
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that we can only refund your return postage costs for products that were received in a damaged condition, or if you wrongly received a different item from the one you ordered. If you wish to return a product for any other reason, then it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage.
Digital goods
If you are not satisfied with the product please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. For online courses, once a refund has been made, your access to that course and supporting materials will be cancelled.
Refund method
Refunds will be made onto the original payment method used to make the order – eg. credit/debit card.
